Property & Lettings Manager to join their team on a permanent contract. This role is offering great benefits and is hybrid working.
Salary: £47,468 - £55,000Contract: Permanent Property & Lettings Manager responsibilities:- Overseeing portfolio of private rented properties
- Direct line manage 2 Letting Coordinators
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the private rent portfolio, from tenancy termination to successful re-letting and ongoing tenancy management.
Property & Lettings Manager requirements:- Commercial background overseeing portfolio of private rented properties
- Experience manging budgets and strategic decisions
- Good understanding on Landlord and Tenant Law within private properties
